Location
Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was amazing, right by popular attractions in Milan, but the rooms were not very soundproof, leading to disturbances from neighboring guests and construction noises. However, the service was welcoming and efficient.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable, and it was a perfect solution for my family with our two teenage daughters. The staff were super friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The location was outstanding, right next to the Cathedral in Milan, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was substantial and set me up for the day, but there was a minor issue with chaos during a business conference one morning.
When I arrived at the hotel, the location was perfect, just steps away from the Duomo, making it so convenient to explore the city and enjoy great food. The rooms, unfortunately, were not ready by 4 pm, quite a letdown. Once I got inside, the room was nice, but the long and winding hallway to get there was a bit of a trek. The walls had numerous marks that could have easily been cleaned or painted over.
The hotel had a very small window in the room, suitable for business travelers. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, and parking was only available after check-in, leading to inconvenience and uncooperative staff. On the bright side, the breakfast offered a decent variety of options. However, the room's location near the door deprived it of natural light, and changing rooms incurred extra charges, making parking expensive at 50 euros per day.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some areas that could be improved. The room I booked was a bit overpriced for an executive room, but it was impeccable and had all the necessary amenities, including an iron available on the 2nd floor. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me, especially when they secured a special book I was looking for. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw from Milan's Cathedral and other attractions, making it central and convenient for exploring. The dining options were good, offering a variety for breakfast. While the hotel was a bit crowded, especially at meal times, the overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a homely feel, reminiscent of a college dorm room, and the guest relations manager Alessandro was exceptional in his service. However, the lack of privacy and noise during cleaning sessions were drawbacks. The hotel's location was perfect compared to others in the area.
The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the Duomo and shopping attractions. The rooms were spacious but lacked an ironing board and iron. The service was subpar with forgetful staff and rude behaviors. The dining offered a variety of choices but was overpriced for the quality. However, the quiet surroundings and proximity to the cathedral were a plus.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were super clean and practical for all my daily needs, although there was no iron in the room, there was a convenient ironing room on the same floor. The view from the room was lacking, but overall a comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The rooms were well-equipped with a convenient mini walk-in wardrobe despite having to pay for it. The service was top-notch and the staff incredibly helpful. The dining options were good but could have offered more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
Every time we visit Milan, we choose to stay at Rosa Grand. The rooms are in good condition and spacious, making our stay comfortable. However, the service can be improved as it felt rushed and unorganized.
The hotel had fair rooms in terms of facilities; they were comfortable and clean, but small, no conditioner, and noisy at night. The staff were very kind and helpful, going above and beyond especially in helping us locate restaurants for dinner on New Year's Eve. The location was very nice and perfect for walking to nearby attractions and with friendly and professional hospitality. The dining experience was good with varied and healthy options. The facilities were in the alright category overall.
I got lost trying to find the elevator to my room, which had a terrible view with no sight of the sky or outside, making it feel gloomy. Nonetheless, the room was clean and had a nice view.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, close to the city center and main attractions, perfect for exploring Milan easily. The room, although spacious with 2 twin beds for a family of 3, had a lingering smell of smoke which was a downside. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff, except for a small issue with breakfast payment confusion. The dining experience in the Rose Restaurant offered a decent selection but was a bit dark and lacked some fresh breakfast choices. Overall, a good value for the money paid for the facilities available.
The hotel is perfectly located just steps away from the Milan Cathedral, making it ideal for a short stay in Milan. The rooms are in good condition and spacious, although mine being in a corner lacked light. The service was mixed, with some staff being really nice and helpful, but others seemed in a rush and uncooperative. The dining experience was average, with some good options available but not entirely meeting the standard of the rest of the hotel.
I found the hotel to be warm and comfortable with a nice view of the Duomo, although the location at the very end of a long hallway was a bit inconvenient. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient, making my stay pleasant overall. The dining experience had plenty of options, though it could be improved considering the high-quality food available in the city. The hotel's proximity to major attractions was fantastic, positioning me right next to the Duomo and main shopping streets.
