My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a homely feel, reminiscent of a college dorm room, and the guest relations manager Alessandro was exceptional in his service. However, the lack of privacy and noise during cleaning sessions were drawbacks. The hotel's location was perfect compared to others in the area.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the Duomo and shopping attractions. The rooms were spacious but lacked an ironing board and iron. The service was subpar with forgetful staff and rude behaviors. The dining offered a variety of choices but was overpriced for the quality. However, the quiet surroundings and proximity to the cathedral were a plus.

I got lost trying to find the elevator to my room, which had a terrible view with no sight of the sky or outside, making it feel gloomy. Nonetheless, the room was clean and had a nice view.
